Maintains national trainer certification and quality oversight for the National Residential Energy Services Network. Manages Department of Energy contracts for E-Star Colorado and project manages the software maintenance and development for E-Star’s rating software, RMS. E-Star representative with Built Green Colorado, and Colorado Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials. Assures Energy Raters adhere to E-Star and RESNET quality control methods. Answers technical questions for Raters, builder, and homeowners. |

Committee and RESNET Advanced Rater Task Force. |
