Trains code officials, builders, building trades on the benefits of building to the newer energy codes and the “whole house” design approach to building. Maintains national trainer certification and quality oversight for the National Residential Energy Services Network. Manages Department of Energy contracts for E-Star Colorado and project manages the software maintenance and development for E-Star’s rating software, RMS. E-Star representative with Built Green Colorado, and Colorado Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials. Assures Energy Raters adhere to E-Star and RESNET quality control methods. Answers technical questions for Raters, builder, and homeowners. |
