REM v12 Library Transfer File Download the libraries by right clicking on the link above and saving to a directory on your computer. Change the file type to “All Files” and save the file in the .LBT format. (Updated 3.30.07)	E-Star has created a standard set of REM/Rate libraries which are to be used by Raters when submitting Energy Ratings. A Library Transfer File is a grouping of libraries that have been combined (think of a .ZIP file) for easier transfer to other PC's. Instructions for loading the library transfer file into REM are described on page 41 of the REM users manual.
A Brief Introduction to REM/Rate	Describes the basics of REM/Rate's functionality. Makes some comparisions to RMS functionality. Points to some of the areas within REM's user manual to obtain more detailed information. Finally it describes the process to submit REM/Rate ratings to E-Star.
E-Star REM/Rate Library	This document provides examples of library files and how to interpret the abbreviations of a library file. (Library loading and library use is explained in the REM/Rate user manual, page 44, distributed with the REM CD.)
